CEHRO INDIA (Centre for Education and Health Research Organization) is dedicated to empowering children, women, and underserved communities through education, health, and skill development. Working primarily with children from families of ragpickers, daily wage labourers, sanitation workers, domestic workers, and migrant communities, we strive to break the cycle of poverty by creating opportunities that enable individuals to learn, grow, and thrive. Our mission is to ensure that every child has access to quality education and every family has the support needed to build a better future.

Through our flagship Padho Padhao Initiative, Early Childhood Education Program, and community learning centres, we provide academic support, foundational literacy and numeracy skills, life skills education, and a nurturing environment that encourages children to stay in school. Beyond education, we empower women through livelihood and skill-development initiatives while promoting health and hygiene awareness to foster healthier and more resilient communities.

Our work extends to strengthening educational opportunities through partnerships with government schools, CSR partners, and foundations. We support children by providing educational kits, learning materials, school infrastructure support, and access to essential resources. Through our eye health initiatives, thousands of children have received free eye screenings and prescription spectacles, ensuring that vision-related challenges do not hinder their learning and development. By addressing education, health, women's empowerment, and child development together, CEHRO INDIA creates sustainable impact while contributing to key CSR priorities, including quality education, health and well-being, gender equality, skill development, and community development.
